Reservation

I haven’t received a confirmation email, what should I do?

In most cases, the confirmation email has automatically ended up in your spam or junk folder. Please check this first. Can’t find the email there either? Feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

When can I access the campsite with my vehicle?

The barriers are open from 06:00 to 22:00.
After 22:00, vehicle access is no longer possible.

Do I need to make a reservation?

We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season. You can easily book via our online form.

Are you visiting spontaneously? If there is space available, you are more than welcome!

How can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation via our website by selecting a date, filling in your details and confirming. Or you can do so on site using the ticket machine. After making your reservation, you will receive a confirmation by email.

What are the cancellation policy?

You may cancel your booking up to 12 noon, one day prior to arrival. A fee of €7 will be charged.

Please contact us by email and quote your booking reference number.

Can I stay at the campsite with a tent?

Yes, you can stay at our campsite with a tent. We offer two types of tent pitches:

  • Tent pitch with parking
    No electricity available. Suitable for tents up to a maximum of 12 m².
  • Tent pitch without parking
    No electricity available. These pitches can only be reserved via reception and are suitable for tents up to a maximum of 12 m².

If you would like to use electricity with your tent, you must book a camper pitch (numbers 1 to 12). The maximum tent size remains 12 m².

When can I check in and check out?

Check-in is possible from 14:00.
Check-out must be completed before 11:00.

When is the reception open?

Our reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.

Can I get to the campsite by public transport?

A short walk from the campsite, you will find bus stop no. 5. From there, you can easily reach the station or the city centre. For the most up-to-date timetables, we recommend checking De Lijn or Google Maps.

Can I take my bike to the campsite?

You can get there quickly by bike via a safe route.

Facilities

Is there WiFi at the campsite?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available on site. Both the username and password are your personal PIN code, which you receive after booking.

Is there a laundromat?

Yes, we have a modern washing machine and dryer on site. Washing costs €5, drying €0.50 per 10 minutes.

How many amps of current are supplied?

All pitches for motorhomes and caravans have a 10 A or 16 A electricity connection. It is not possible to reserve a pitch without electricity. The price includes 5 kWh per day. If you use more, you can purchase an additional 5 kWh for £2.50.

The tent pitches are not equipped with electricity. If you would like electricity at your tent, it is better to reserve a pitch for a motorhome or caravan.

Can I barbecue?

Barbecuing is permitted on paved surfaces, as long as you do not damage the surface and take consideration of your neighbours. Charcoal barbecues are not permitted. Only gas barbecues are allowed.

Can I use a ground mat?

To protect the grass, we ask that breathable ground sheets are used. Waterproof sheets are not allowed.

Do I have to pay for showers?

No, all sanitary facilities are included in the price.

What facilities are available at the campsite?

We have hot showers, washing-up facilities, washing machines, electricity hook-ups, water points and two camper service points. There is also a bicycle shed.

What to do in an emergency?

112 for ambulance, police or fire brigade. For a general practitioner: call 1733 and provide your postcode 8000.

Where can I dispose of my waste?

Near the exit, you will find containers for residual waste, PMD, paper/cardboard, glass and residual waste.

Do you have a shop on the campsite?

We do not have a shop on the campsite. However, there are plenty of supermarkets and local shops nearby where you can get everything you need.

Are dogs welcome?

Dogs are welcome, provided they are kept on a leash on the premises.

Walk your dog outside the campsite – the surrounding fields and paths are perfect for a walk. Dogs may not be left alone in campers.
